Where We Are Now
Weekly CIP Status Report – May 20, 2025
With the receipt of our loan, we are now able to move forward with both Phase 1 and Phase 2 items. We are currently reviewing and updating the scope of work, evaluating bids, and selecting vendors.
Due to significant price increases over the past few months, we have expedited the purchase of certain audio and video equipment originally scheduled for later. This adjustment was made to avoid further cost escalation.

- Children's Wing: Hallway roof repair contract signed

- CIP Committee began finalizing renovation plans for the Sanctuary and Lobby

- Received $455,000 loan from PUC

- Raised $245,000 cash-in-hand goal for Phase 1
- Awaiting final approval of $455,000 loan to fully fund the initial phase
- Pathfinder Room demolition began – painting and flooring/tile replacement pending

- Replaced multipurpose projector with TV monitors
